Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial.
