Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience. As a valued member of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
