Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. In this position, you will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) while executing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, keep shelves organized, and assist customers with shopping.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
