Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and handle customer purchases.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
