Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on inventory and product issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient shopping environment.
• Other tasks as assigned by store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
