Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) behaviors.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
