Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback to enhance product quality and resolve issues.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcohol.

Educational and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
