Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
• Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail operations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and follow instructions efficiently.
