Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you'll elevate the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, operate equipment efficiently, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning and stocking duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcohol sales.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
