Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns to the relevant authorities.
• Participate in inventory checks and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
