Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and cleaned to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. From cashiering to assisting customers, your contributions will be key to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
