Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is organized and clean.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are neat and organized.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
