Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store premises.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers following cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
