Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Take part in store inventory counts and adhere to cash management procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate essential store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow policies and procedures
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience a plus
