Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type & Compensation

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and assisting with inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and keep the store organized and presentable.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a bonus.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle customer inquiries, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
