Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
