Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain shelves neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.

• Perform general cleaning duties and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
