Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team. This position requires working 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
