Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise stocking and presentation
• Operating cash registers
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Team collaboration and communication
• Assisting in inventory management

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
