Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate, operating between 32-40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is stocked, performing cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, offer assistance, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory, and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Aptitude for operating a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies, staying organized, and multitasking effectively.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
