Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, working 32-40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Collaborate with the team, communicate effectively, and contribute to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and display merchandise professionally.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Operate a cash register, handle equipment, and meet physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
