Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to be employed in this role.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
