Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills values
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate efficiently with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any related issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Proficient in delivering prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately
- Skilled in using equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers
- Capable of following company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
- Ability to meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
