Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
