Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly following company guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to the management team.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma preferred.
