Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
