Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Give feedback on products and inventory, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
