Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members and provide outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
