Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborate with your team members while upholding ALDI's values to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, handle general cleaning tasks, and maintain organized product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
