Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Assist customers and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies, procedures, and uphold security measures
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company guidelines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
