Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACT Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
