Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, demonstrate professionalism, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure store security.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory levels.
- Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Capable of operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
