Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will ensure the store is well-organized, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
