Job Description

Join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a key member of the team, you will engage in various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with the store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and procedural insights
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors and losses
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and general cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in retail environment preferred

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent desired
• Prior retail experience or equivalent knowledge
