Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and ensure the store is clean and organized, providing exceptional customer service throughout. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
