Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
