Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and leading a team to success.
Responsibilities
- Provide product feedback and recommendations to store management.
- Supervise store personnel to ensure compliance with customer service guidelines and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.
- Maximize product sales through effective merchandising and signage.
- Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.
- Lead and support team members, providing training and guidance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic arithmetic and computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
