Full-Time Lead Store Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join the ALDI team. Responsibilities

• Provide valuable product feedback to store management.
• Contribute to resource allocation and task delegation discussions with leadership.
• Supervise store personnel to ensure adherence to customer satisfaction guidelines and maintain store cleanliness standards.
• Resolve operational customer concerns in the absence of store management.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.
• Maximize product sales through effective merchandising and signage.
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow inventory procedures.
• Assist with product ordering as directed by store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash control policies.
• Lead peers on tasks and projects, providing guidance and support.
• Model job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Participate in the training and development of new employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with store equipment and basic administrative duties.
• Physical capability to handle various tasks within the store environment.
