Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager and take on key responsibilities in store management. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Identify training opportunities for team development.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to the leadership.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the team and ensure high levels of customer service.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail experience, including management, is preferred.
