Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising store operations, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies for operational improvement.
• Provide guidance to team members, ensure performance expectations are met, and identify training opportunities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products effectively, and ensure inventory levels are optimal.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, address customer concerns, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
