Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans to drive overall store performance. You will lead a team, identify training opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to improve store performance.
  • Participate in the interviewing process and ensure inventory procedures are followed.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
