Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and ensuring overall store performance. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operating results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations accordingly.
- Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Skilled in budgeting, personnel management, and equipment operation.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience is advantageous.
