Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, improving operating results, and supervising a team to ensure exceptional customer service and store performance.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans for operational improvement.
• Train and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage standards.
• Monitor inventory procedures and cash control policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies and drive performance.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
