Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans to improve store performance, training and developing team members, maintaining inventory procedures, and ensuring store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Supervise and guide team members, providing training and development opportunities.
• Maintain inventory procedures and product ordering.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
