Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring team development, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members for optimal results.
- Identify training opportunities to support team growth and performance improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company values and promote teamwork among employees.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Provide feedback on products and participate in the hiring process.
- Maintain inventory procedures, product quality, and customer service standards.
- Supervise daily operations and address operational issues effectively.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.

- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Prior retail experience required with management experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Combination of education and experience considered.
