Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, leading a team towards operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
