Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering team development. Your responsibilities will include implementing action plans, training and developing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Train and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure product quality.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve operational concerns.

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
