Job Description

We are looking for an FSQR Technician to join our team at Cargill, a global leader committed to sustainable food production. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, contributing to our mission of nourishing the world responsibly.

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform monitoring duties to ensure adherence to food safety and quality specifications.
• Correlate with production to address out-of-spec parameters.
• Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports for deviations when necessary.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with hand tools and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a cold environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience.
• Previous experience at Cargill.
