Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a professional and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train and coach front desk staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in hotel front desk operations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Evaluation Criteria

Performance will be based on work quality, attendance, guest interaction, compliance with policies, and initiative.

Prerequisites

Prior work experience in a front desk role and supervisory experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. High School Diploma required. Must adhere to ethical standards and code of conduct.

Work Environment

This position may involve evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a hotel setting.
