We are looking for a dedicated Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to deliver an 'UPLIFT' VASA experience. Your role involves recruiting top talent, analyzing performance, achieving financial targets, and ensuring a world-class member experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and all programming is executed flawlessly.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
• Create an exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that motivate and create community.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting and staffing talent in the fitness industry.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and drive results to achieve financial targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and support team members.
